Biography Karabo Sampson is the reigning Miss Botswana and Miss World Botswana 2011. She was crowned Miss Botswana on first July 2011 at the Gaborone International Convention Center (GICC).
Karabo, the only daughter and last-born of three siblings, originates from Herero Ward in Tsabong, and she is a Herero/Mbanderu descendant whose ancestors fled to Botswana from Namibia during the Battle of Waterberg in 1904.
