Rabiya Occeña Mateo was born on November 14, 1996 in Balas, Iloilo, Philippines. Height 1.70 m (5 ft 7 in). Education Physical therapy (BS). Rabiya Mateo is a girl of Filipino-Indian descent. It was even reported that the beautiful virgin came from a poor family whose father was an Indian Muslim. Rubiya represented Iloilo City and managed to beat 46 finalists of Miss Universe Philippines 2020.
On Sunday, October 25, 2020 in Baguio City, Philippines, on the night of the Grand final, Rabiya was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2020. She represented her country Philippines at Miss Universe 2020 where Rubiya was placed in the Top 21 semifinalist.
