Priscila Perales graduated from Monterrey University majoring in Sciences and Communication. She participated in Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2004 pageant and place first runner-up, then she competed again in
Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2005 pageant held on September 2, 2005 in Aguascalientes where she won the title
of the pageant. In the following year she represented Mexico in Miss Universe 2006 pageant was held in Los Angeles, US on July 23, 2006 where she place in the Top 10. in the following year Priscila Perales represented her country in Miss International 2007 pageant held in Tokyo, Japan on October 15, 2007 where she won and crowned by her predecessor Daniela Di  Gaicomo of Venezuela.
In her acting career Priscila starred in soap opera Eva Luna 2010 and Corazon Valiente 2012.
