Miss Universe Puerto Rico Pageant was held on August 29, 2012 in San Juan,  Puerto Rico. Miss Universe Puerto Rico titleholder 2012 Bodine Koehler crowned her successor Monic Marie Perez from Arecibo as Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2013, she will represent her country in Miss Universe 2013.

and represented her country in Miss Universe 2012 pageant.was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, US on December 19, 2012 but she did not get any place in the pageant. although she was considered a big favorite and a front runner.
