Athena Mae Duarte Imperial is a communication researcher and beauty queen from Casiguran, Aurora, Philippines.  She competed in the eleventh edition of the national Miss Philippines Earth beauty pageant where she emerged as the winner and was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2011.

Imperial is 24 years old at the time of crowning and stands 5 feet and 5 inches in height. She works as a program researcher for one of the country’s biggest networks and she hopes to become a news reporter. She bested 49 other candidates in the beauty contest which is focused on the protection and preservation of Mother Earth. She also won the People's Choice award

Biography
Niratcha Tungtisanont (Thai: ณิรัฐชา ตังติสานนท์), nicknamed Grace (Thai: เกรซ)  is a post-graduate student and the official representative of Thailand to the 2011 Miss Earth pageant.

Tungtisanont was born and rasied in Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated from the University of Arizona with BA in Economics and Mathematics within 3 years. She also worked as a research/data assistant at her university while she was studying. She got a full graduate assistant scholarship to complete her Master of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics degree from University of Arizona, United States. She completed her MS in July 2010. While she competed in Miss Thailand Universe pageant she also received many offers to pursue her Ph.D. from various universities in the United States. She will pursue her doctoral studies in 2012.

"There were some amazing contestants in it so it was definitely tough competition." The Miss World competition will see 120 women from around the world competing for the title.
