Sara graduated fro the Torne yhteislyseosta, She's working as a seller. In January 2011 Sara participated in Janina Frey Swimsuit Model Contest, but fell when selecting semi finalists. Sara Sieppi was the first runner-up in Miss Suomi 2011, she represented her country in Miss World 2011 pageant in London on November 6, 2011.
