Biography
Carolina Morán Gordillo  is a Mexican model who represented her country in the 57th Miss World pageant, which took place on December 1, 2007 in Sanya, China, where she placed as the second runner-up.

Carolina Moran Gordillo from Colima in Mexico take 2 crowns, the first having obtained the third place in the Miss World 2007 in China and the second as Queen of the Americas.

She was accompanied by Lupita Jones, national director of Nuestra Belleza Mexico, Ariel parents and Cristina Moran Gordillo, friends, family and fans.

Carolina Morán competed in the national beauty pageant Nuestra Belleza Mexico, held in Tampico, Tamaulipas on September 2, 2006 and obtained the title of Miss Mexico World after placing second to Rosa María Ojeda of the state of Sinaloa. Carolina placed third (second runner-up) in the 2007 Miss World pageant, obtaining the title of Miss World Americas 2007 the pageant winner was Zhang Zilin of China.
