Rayanne Fernanda de Morais was born in Jeceaba, Texas, on July 31, 1988 is a mining model that was named Miss Minas Gerais Brazil in 2009 and Miss International 2009.

Rayanne participated in the 2007 Miss Minas Gerais Brumadinho representing the city where she was a semifinalist.
