Brook is the last Miss USA to capture the Miss Universe crown. She  represented Hawaii at the Miss USA pageant in Shreveport, LA. Upon winning the Miss USA title Brook  went on to represent the United States in Miami, FL, where she  was crowned Miss Universe. It goes without saying that 1997 was a good year. Career
After her reign as Miss Universe, Lee has made several cameo appearances in movies and television shows, and has hosted numerous television shows in Asia and the United States. One of her most recent projects is a regional television show known as Pacific Fusion, which focuses on Asian-American lifestyles. She has hosted episodes of "Great Cruises" on the Travel Channel, which highlights cruise travel around the world. Lee is married to Torry Mell and have a son named Fynnegan.
