Ara Arida is a Chemistry graduate frin the University of the Philippines los Baños from Alaminos, Laguna.
She is a sportswoman who loves the outdoors, especially the beach. Ara Arida competed in the Miss Philippines Earth 2012 but she's not placed Ara Arida competed in Binibining Pilipinas 2012 and she won Miss Universe Philippines 2013 and crowned by Miss Universe 2012 - !st Runner Up , Janine Tugonon at a pageant held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on April 14 2013, and she received the right to represent Philippine in Miss Universe 2013.
