Karla Guilfú Acevedo is 24 years old from Isla Culebra, Puerto Rico. She is an SEO of Comments a Sanar. she also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology. In December 2020 she was crowned Miss Supranational Puerto Rico 2020, but because the Miss Supranational 2020 event was cancelled, she represented Puerto Rico at the Miss Supranational 2021 beauty pageant in Nowy Sącz, Poland, where she got the 1st Runner-Up place.
