Born in České Budějovice, Nováčková is a high school student at Gymnáziu Jírovcova and started modeling at age 9. She was a semifinalist in Elite Model Look Czech Republic 2009 and the face of sports apparel manufacturer Nordlbanc and its 2009 spring/summer campaign for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Hobbies: dancing, singing and music in general, tramping, good food, dinners with friends, skiing, roller skating, cycling, swimming, yoga
best vaccation ever: she says she preferred summer and warm weather to winter and cold weather, so every summer holiday was the best, in Czech Republic, she just loves to go out and listen to nature's sounds

Why I would like to become Czech Miss 2011?: "Because I've always like working in modelling industry and I would like to devote more of my time into it, I would like modelling to become my job, not only hobby. Moreover, it is not that difficult to compact modelling with university studies (I plan to go to univeristy) as with high school studies. Personally, I'm worried with the topic of mental eating disorders, e.g. anorexia or bulimia, and as Czech Miss, I could perhaps be a role-model for the girls and thus help to fight against this negative trend more effectively."
Nováčková, who stands 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in) tall, competed as one of 14 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, Česká Miss, broadcast live by TV Prima on March 19, 2011 from Prague, where she became the eventual winner of the title, gaining the right to represent the Czech Republic in Miss Universe 2011.

As the official representative of her country to the 2011 Miss Universe pageant, broadcast live from São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011, Nováčková will vie to succeed current Miss Universe titleholder, Ximena Navarrete of Mexico.
