Noemie Happart is a first year student of Medicine at the Liege University. She know English, Dutch and French languages. Her hobbies are dancing, traveling and photography. Noemy has also won the Miss Luik  2013. Noémie Happart was crowned Miss Belgium 2013 in the Grand Finale of Miss Belgie 2013 at the Casino Van Knokein in Knokke Heist on Sunday night of January 6, 2013. She will represent Belgium in the Miss Universe 2013 and Miss World 2013.
